1. Acceptance and Scope of Agreement

Welcome to Lior (hereinafter referred to as "the App," "we," or "the Platform"). These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") constitute a legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "you") and Lior regarding the use of this app and related services.

By registering, logging in, or using Lior in any way, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any terms of this Agreement, please stop using this app immediately.

2. Age Restrictions and Eligibility Requirements

To use Lior, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be 18 years of age or older
• You have full legal capacity
• You have the right to consent to and comply with this Agreement
• Your use does not violate the laws and regulations of your region

We reserve the right to request age verification. If we discover that you are under 18, we will immediately terminate your account and delete all your data.

3. Service Content and Usage Rules

3.1 Service Content

Lior provides the following services:

• Fitness Video Courses: Including HIIT, strength training, yoga, dance, stretching, and other types
• Workout Data Tracking: Record and analyze your training data
• Achievement System: Unlock achievement badges based on your training progress
• Community Features: Post updates, comment, like, and other social interactions
• Personalized Recommendations: Recommend suitable training based on your goals and level

3.2 Usage Rules

When using Lior, you agree to comply with the following rules:

• Do not post illegal, violent, pornographic, fraudulent, or other inappropriate content
• Do not infringe on others' intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legitimate rights
• Do not harass, insult, threaten, or maliciously attack others
• Do not post false, misleading, or deceptive information
• Do not engage in any commercial advertising or spam promotion
• Do not use automated programs, crawlers, or other illegal means to access the service
• Do not attempt to crack, attack, or interfere with the normal operation of the platform
• Do not transfer, sell, or otherwise trade your account

4. Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 Platform Content

All fitness videos, text, images, audio, software, designs, trademarks, and other content on Lior ("Platform Content") are protected by intellectual property laws. Without our express written permission, you may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, display, or use Platform Content
• Use Platform Content for commercial purposes
• Remove or modify copyright notices in the content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app software

4.2 User Content

You own the intellectual property rights to the content you post on Lior (posts, comments, images, videos, etc., "User Content"). However, by posting User Content, you grant us the following rights:

• Use, copy, modify, display, and distribute your User Content worldwide
• Use your User Content for platform promotion and marketing
• Perform reasonable technical processing on User Content (such as format conversion, compression, etc.)

This license is free, irrevocable, and continues to be effective (for a reasonable period) after you delete the content or deactivate your account.

4.3 Content Responsibility

You are fully responsible for the User Content you post. We have the right (but not the obligation) to review, monitor, or delete any User Content. If your content infringes on others' rights or violates this Agreement, we may delete the content and take restrictive measures on your account.

5. Health and Safety Statement

• Medical Advice: The fitness content provided by Lior is for reference only and does not constitute professional medical advice. Before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have health issues or medical conditions, please consult a doctor or professional healthcare provider.
• Exercise Risks: Any exercise carries a risk of injury. Please choose appropriate training based on your physical condition, and pay attention to safety during exercise. If you feel unwell, please stop exercising immediately and seek medical help.
• Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for your own health and safety. We are not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or other health problems caused by using this app.
• Data Accuracy: The workout data recorded by the app (such as calories burned, heart rate, etc.) is for reference only, may have errors, and should not be used as a basis for medical diagnosis.

6. Violation Handling

If you violate this Agreement or relevant laws and regulations, we have the right to take the following measures:

• Delete violating content
• Restrict account functions (such as muting, prohibiting posting)
• Suspend or terminate your account
• Pursue legal liability

Serious violations include but are not limited to: posting illegal content, infringing on others' rights, malicious attacks on the platform, using cheating tools, etc.

7. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Lior provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any express or implied warranties
• We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or virus-free
• We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the service content
• We are not responsible for third-party content, links, or services
• We are not responsible for any losses caused by the use or inability to use the service
• We are not responsible for disputes or transactions between users

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the following situations:

• Service interruptions or losses caused by force majeure (natural disasters, war, government actions, etc.)
• Losses caused by your violation of this Agreement
• Losses caused by third-party actions (hacker attacks, viruses, etc.)
• Losses caused by network failures, equipment problems, or other technical reasons
• Indirect losses, incidental losses, punitive damages, or loss of profits

9. Service Changes and Termination

9.1 Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the service at any time without notice. We will try to notify you of major changes in advance, but we are not responsible for the impact of service changes.

9.2 Service Termination

We may terminate service to users who violate this Agreement at any time. If we decide to permanently close Lior, we will notify users at least 30 days in advance and provide reasonable time to export data.

10. Privacy Protection

We take your privacy very seriously. For information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy. Using Lior indicates your consent to our handling of your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Negotiated Settlement

If you have any disputes or complaints about our services, please first contact us at support@Lior.com. We will try our best to resolve issues through friendly negotiation.

11.2 Applicable Law

The interpretation, validity, and enforcement of this Agreement are subject to applicable laws and regulations. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to achieve its intent, and the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

11.3 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from this Agreement should be resolved through negotiation between the parties; if negotiation fails, they shall be submitted to a court with jurisdiction for litigation.

12. Agreement Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. If we make significant changes to this Agreement, we will notify you through in-app notifications, email, or other reasonable means. Changes will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

If you do not agree with the modified Agreement, you should stop using Lior and delete your account. Continued use of Lior indicates your acceptance of the modified Agreement.

13. Other Terms

13.1 Entire Agreement

This Agreement and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Lior, superseding all previous oral or written agreements.

13.2 Rights Reservation

Our failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right or remedy under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.

13.3 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may freely assign our rights and obligations under this Agreement.
